The service
Valigard searches public marketplace listings for visual matches to product images you supply, and records what it finds so you can review and act on it.
What we do not do
Valigard does not make legal determinations. A score, a machine verdict, or a label such as “likely counterfeit” is a prioritisation aid for your own review — not a finding of infringement, and not legal advice.
Your responsibility for filings
Any removal request, complaint, or communication you send to a marketplace is yours. You are responsible for verifying that a listing infringes your rights before you act on it.
Seller research
Seller research finds business contact details that the seller of a listing has published. By requesting it you confirm that you are doing so to protect your intellectual property rights and that you will use the details only for that purpose and lawfully.
You are responsible for any contact you make with a seller and for how you use the details, and you will indemnify Valigard against claims arising from your use of them. Valigard does not contact sellers and does not verify the details it finds.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. A workspace owner may add and remove members and can see everything in that workspace.
Payment
Credit is prepaid and drawn down as you use the service. Charges are recorded against your workspace with the units behind each one, so any charge can be traced to the run that caused it.
Availability
The service depends on third-party providers for search, page retrieval, and model inference. Their availability and results are outside our control, and search results are inherently incomplete.
Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the service. Unused prepaid credit is handled as agreed in writing with you.
