Draft pending legal review

This is placeholder text pending legal review and should be replaced before the service is sold.

Roles

For the data you put into your workspace, you are the controller and Valigard is the processor. We process it to provide the service and on your instructions.

Subprocessors

We use third parties for search, page retrieval, model inference, email delivery, payment processing, and hosting. Each receives only what its function requires.

The providers named in our privacy policy are SerpAPI, Firecrawl and Google Gemini for seller research, and Stripe and PayPal for payments.

Location

The service runs on infrastructure in the EU. Some subprocessors operate outside it, which means data may be transferred internationally.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Provider credentials are stored server-side and never returned to the browser once saved.

More detail on the security page.

Breach

If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you without undue delay and share what we know.

Deletion

On request or on closing a workspace, we delete its data. Billing records are kept where we are required to keep them.
